Born and raised in Orange County, California, Jenny Swoish is no stranger to the stage. She started piano lessons and musical theatre at the age of four to explore her passion for performing. Since then, Jenny has performed in over 50 musicals, her favorite being those with music by George Gershwin and Cole Porter. Through these American Song Book legends, Jenny discovered her true love of jazz. She began singing in her high school vocal jazz group which led her to attend the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music at California State University, Long Beach, under the direction of Christine Guter. There, she sang with the four time Downbeat award-winning ensemble, Pacific Standard Time, until she graduated in 2014 with a degree in jazz voice. Jenny is also a singer/songwriter and will be releasing an EP of original music later this year.

It has always been one of Jenny’s musical dreams to sing with a big band and she is honored and humbled to be a member of one of the biggest, the world famous Glenn Miller Orchestra.
